Kevin Bassett Joins Strut as Creative Director

Strut has appointed Kevin Bassett as Creative Director, strengthening the agency’s creative leadership.

Kevin will lead creative direction across strategy, brand, campaigns, and digital experiences. His role focuses on strengthening how Strut helps purpose-driven organizations clarify their story, align their thinking, and communicate with confidence in complex environments.

 

Kevin brings a rare combination of strategic clarity and creative judgment. He understands how to guide complex work from early framing through execution, and how to help clients make confident decisions along the way. That perspective strengthens the way we partner with purpose-driven organizations.

Kevin brings more than 15 years of senior creative leadership across global brand and marketing, creative direction, and integrated campaign development. Most recently, he served as Creative Director for Global Brand and Marketing at Avanade, a company jointly owned by Microsoft and Accenture, where he led creative direction for global brand programs and campaigns and built a multidisciplinary in-house creative studio supporting more than 30 markets.

Kevin’s approach balances strategic thinking with hands-on creative direction. He is known for helping teams translate complex ideas into accessible stories, aligning stakeholders around shared intent, and setting clear creative standards that carry through from strategy to execution.
